Here you can select what you'd like done with your barrel. We can flush cut reverse crown them, coat them and chamber chamfer them as well. If you'd like a custom name in place of the Vulcan please let us know. You do have a character limit of 7. We do not Cerakote barrels. We do offer PVD / DLC. If you have a threaded barrel that you'd like cut down for Ignis porting please select Flush Cut Reverse Crown.

We do not provide color fill on Elite, E-Series, C-Series, or any other finish or coating. If you want color fill, please select an H-Series finish ONLY. Color fill availability is determined at our discretion based on geometry, engraving depth, and surface prep requirements. Color Matching Policy (Cerakote / DLC / PVD / Anodizing): We do not offer custom color matching of Cerakote to DLC, PVD, or Anodized finishes. These finishes are applied to different materials and through different processes, and the same “color” can vary by substrate, batch, texture, and lighting. Because an exact match cannot be guaranteed or consistently repeated, we only apply Cerakote in our standard color options and we do not do one-off custom mixes or sample runs.

The work that Vulcan Machine Werks did on my barrel was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It looks like it came from the factory that way. My favorite feature of all the work that I had done is the flush cut and reverse crown.

Staccato Barrel Treatment
VMW did a full custom upgrade on my Staccato C2 including DLC and a recessed crown on the barrel, and the quality of the finish and work is phenomenal. The DLC look even better than the factory DLC from Staccato. Thank you VMW for the amazing work you did upgrading my C2 for EDC.

Staccato/STI Barrel Treatment
Had Vulcan do a full slide/barrel package on my STI Tac 4.0 trying to transition from irons to rds. In addition to their outstanding work on the optic cut and Ignis ports, I had them flush cut/reverse crown and LDC re-coat the barrel. Machining of the crown was perfection, finish was flawless, and the ports machined into the barrel did not effect this gun's outstanding accuracy (something I was concerned about but not any longer when dealing with Vulcan). They do outstanding work, you won't be disappointed.
