CERAKOTE APPLICATOR

Vulcan Machine Werks is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Cerakote Applicator to the team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the Cerakote process and can step into the role with real hands-on experience.

You should be comfortable with proper surface prep, masking, mixing, spraying, curing, and producing consistent, high-quality finishes. You’ll be working on customer firearms, production parts, and custom projects, so the quality of your work matters.

We want someone who takes ownership of what they do, pays attention to the small things, and cares about what leaves the shop.

What we’re looking for:

• • • • • • Previous professional Cerakote application experience
          • Strong surface prep and masking skills
          • Ability to properly mix and spray coatings
          • Understanding of cure schedules and Cerakote processes
          • Experience working with firearms and firearm components
          • Strong attention to detail
          • Ability to stay organized and manage your workload
          • Able to work independently without needing constant supervision
          • Takes pride in producing clean, consistent work

This is a full-time, hands-on position at Vulcan Machine Werks in North Texas.
