The Gen 1 Vulcan Machine Werks (VMW) HD Baseplates for Mec-Gar Magazines are made from US sourced 6061-T6 billet aluminum and machined on site at our shop, here in the great state of Texas. They are designed and precisely engineered to replace the original factory magazine baseplates for your Staccato® 2011 HD's.
Our baseplates are designed for a perfect fit on factory Staccato® HD for Mec-Gar Magazines and require utilization of the factory magazine spring plate to lock into the baseplate. The magazine spring plate is the plastic piece that comes standard in the factory mag. Our Gen 1 baseplates will work with the standard capacity and California Compliant Mec-Gar mags. These will also work with Staccato 2011 Magwell made for the HD's
