FDE PVD Slide Coating
Give your slide a clean, premium look with our FDE PVD decorative coating. This finish adds a refined Flat Dark Earth tone for a sharp custom appearance. Because this is a decorative coating, it should be treated as a cosmetic finish and may show wear, scratches, or marks with use, especially in high-contact areas.
About PVD: PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a coating process where material transitions from a condensed phase to a vapor phase, then returns to a condensed thin-film layer on the part.

Color fill availability is determined at our discretion based on geometry, engraving depth, and surface prep requirements. Color Matching Policy: (Cerakote / DLC / PVD / Anodizing):We do not offer custom color matching of Cerakote to DLC, PVD, or Anodized finishes. These finishes are applied to different materials and through different processes, and the same “color” can vary by substrate, batch, texture, and lighting. Because an exact match cannot be guaranteed or consistently repeated, we only apply Cerakote in our standard color options and we do not do one-off custom mixes or sample runs.
