The Ignis Porting Package includes porting the factory barrel, slide and a re-coat solid color Cerakote. We will have an option here soon to DLC the barrel as well. See the coating section of the website and add it to your order.
FAQ
Does work with factory springs? Yes. We are looking into running lighter springs and will update the page when we find the right match.
Can I port my other STI/Staccato 2011 with the Ignis Porting System™? We are only offering the Ignis Porting Systems on the following; P, C/C2, XL and Tac 4.0
Can I keep my factory finish on the slide? At this time no. We have to re-coat the exposed area on the slide. We only coat the outside of the slide and tape off the inside.
What types of ammo will it cycle? During testing, we ran 90% of the most commonly available range/defense ammo without issue.
What drop in velocity will I see? Inital testing thus far as seen 0 - 10fps drop.
Does this void my factory warranty? Yes it does.

Had Vulcan machine Werks do the Ignis porting and DLC the slide and barrel. Workmanship is top tier! Super clean machine work and the DLC coating looks amazing! Job time was exactly 6 weeks as described. Worth the wait for sure. Thank you, to the whole team at Vulcan!

Staccato C ignis porting
Dear god..... I've had a life changing experience.... After receiving my Staccato C (yes the single stack, fits super flush on my Thicc body) my initial inspection left a funny buzz running all across my body. The machine work dazzled me with its precision and finish. I was concern about wearing the cerakote finish, as I noticed that I found my self repeatedly caressing the slide, but the cerakote was applied with the highest level of integrity. After hours of said caressing, but seemed only meer minutes, I decided to take the Staccato C to the range. I was nervously sweating as I racked the first round, not because I didn't trust VMW to provide a safe firearm, but because I had to go to the bathroom. The first shot was.....was........I weeped. It shot flatter than I anticipated. My sight picture didn't leave the target (and I have a weak and feeble grip, because my mother fed me baby formula instead of the good stuff and I am under developed because of this). At this point in time I decided to "send it" and unleashed a string of fire (using 115gr) and the flames that shot out from the ports were mesmerizing. It was as if Vulcan was personally forging the bullets for me in the barrel and hitting the bullets out with his hammer. After falling into a trace, i noticed that i forgot about going to the bathroom and had to leave for a tactical pant change. Buy this product. bring extra pants.
